Goa:Verna Goa based Greg fernandes has shown the way for rest of the Goan youths by getting into mechanical farming which is the need of the hour.

 Agriculture minister Vijay sardessai was personally present when Greg commissioned his mechanical rice transplantation machine at verna.others who were present on the oceasion praised Greg for his initiative.

 "when Goans become  entrepreuners and service prividers,the goverment will not only subsidise te machine but would provide maintenence support too"Sardessai said.

 "The sons of soil getting into the forming activity should be encouraged and incenivized,he sais.

  The agriculture in the state is witnessing new era under the keadership of Vijay sardessai .
